Pulling the trigger

On the schedule for Dec 3. Flying out to Baltimore to have it done by Dr. Kramer. Thanks to all of you on this forum. Your comments have been very helpful.
69 years old. Implanted 3 Dec 2019 by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Baltimore, AMS 700 LGX, 21 cm + 2 cm RTE.

Best of luck my friend. Based on everything I've read, I think you are in good hands with Dr. Kramer.

I noticed you are from Minneapolis. Out of curiosity, did you consider using Dr. Kohler at Mayo for your surgery? If so ... why did you decide not to use him?

I did consider Dr. Kohler. I think he would be a great choice. As my wife and I were discussing the surgery, she wanted us to use Dr. Kramer. She felt he had more experience.
