Thank you for sharing your journey here Stephen. I am in the Indy area, 58 yrs old, 2 yrs post RP next month and am looking into implant by Dr. Levine in the coming year. There are surgeons in the Indy area doing implants but I want a high volume doc for this. From reading your posts, it sounds like Dr. Levine's practice is top notch. Once again, thank you for sharing the experience, particularly with this practice, very, very helpful and informative.

Hi Randy,

Thanks for your note. If you want to chat live/by phone etc anytime, just private message me here and I will be happy to spill any details of any and everything. By the time you go in for consult and surgery next year, I'll (hopefully!) be off to the races with my Titan Touch and can provide you real world post-op/back in the saddle details.

As relates to Dr. Levine and his practice, I was with him for 4-5 years, had to go away due to an insurance change which was not compatible with his office, and then I went and had an entirely different (and not great) experience elsewhere. Was very happy to return to Levine. He is a guy who will listen to you, for sure. Then, he will make pointed recommendations. You can definitely ask questions. I think it's good to have your questions, to the extent possible, worked out and ready to go through when you're with him. It's a very busy practice. They don't do emails to my knowledge. If you are organized and ready and a good communicator, you'll have very productive office visits. If you forget something or just have a random question, I have found Dr. Levine's Physician Assistant to be extremely responsive and considerate and helpful. She's great. She's been with him for a number of years and they work well in tandem. I did see one comment here on this board disparaging Levine/his office for not communicating by email, for wanting the patient to schedule an office visit, etc etc, and the person who posted that was clearly frustrated and had the "i'm going elsewhere" mindset. I think that's an outlier of an experience. All depends on your approach going in. With him, it's not good to ramble and be disorganized. His time is like ours - valuable. He's compassionate, but he's direct. If that makes sense.

I approach Levine like, you've done 3000+ or whatever of these, you're a demonstrable perfectionist, and that, in the ultimate analysis, is pivotally what I give a shit about. The rest is just people's feelings. He listens. He's seen everything imaginable. And he's a pro. And I'm only one guy and one example here, but I honestly am dumbfounded (in a wonderful way) about the experience I'm having here on day 9 post-op. One guy's opinion here, but I laid my trust (and my precious penis) entirely in his hands and so far no regrets whatsoever.

Message me anytime, I'm happy to talk. Go forward, man, go forward...!

Well...week and a half post-op...over the last day and a half it's noticeably more flexible/pliable...and that pressing swollen feeling in the shaft is almost entirely gone, like 95% just poof gone. I'm icing sporadically. Taking some naproxen for anti-inflammatory help. But things are really seemingly going well and in a positive direction.

My libido is definitely waking up. Touching that areas reveals some tingly spots where the sensation is not really back properly and where there is still swelling...but gently touching other areas is definitely pleasurable. Then I just stop and redirect myself to something else. Because I'm weeks away from my 4 week visit and any possibility of using this sweet new toy.

But oh, I'm thinking about it. Thinking, thinking, thinking..... ;)

How many post op visits have you had to this point? Wondering how long I would need to stay in the area after having the procedure done.

RayChez wrote:No Stephen I do not have a wobbly penis, I am not a doctor, but he used several rte or spaces I call them at the base because he did not want to change out the cylinders on my revision, although he did pull the cylinders up towards the tip of the gland. But as you know there are different size penis on every person. Some have greater girth because that is just the way his anatomy was given to him. Some are skinny. The same for length. Some are long and skinny and some are long and fat.
I know that on my first implant I was short changed about an inch, but I was glad just to feel normal and be able to have sex. The thing is that it was shorter but it still felt normal, no floppy head. But maybe it had something to do with me still being able to get a partial erection without pumping at all. So obviously there was blood still getting to the gland because it would get engorged and it still does that. Now on my third revision it is back to its original length, I assume that the LGX pushes outward and gives you what was in your body. Not complaining one way or the other. Like I have said before, that you do not need a long penis to satisfy a woman. It is how you use it that counts. Most women will tell you that.

How can you have a 8 inch erection with 22cm (rte included) implant? That would give you .66 of a inch of internal implant for your crus. You say you have several rte but your signature says you have 1cm of rte. Also your “third implant” post says you received a brand new implant back in March 2019 but in this post you say the surgeon kept the original cylinders.

Wow! At day #4 yours looks so much better than mine did at day #6! I had mine via penoscrotal incision so maybe that's why I was black & blue (and purple, and did I say BLACK?).

You hardly have any visible bruising in your day #4 photos. Perhaps that came later...

Hey Randy,
I had surgery on a Monday 8AM and was home by 2P same day. Went to Levine's office in the city the next morning to have a look and scrotal drain removed. Have been home and back to normal since. My next check up is Dec 17 right at the 4 week mark. I think maybe you'd stay up here in Chicago overnight, if you wanted to, and if you have the drain for sure one night. But nothing more. I'm dumbfounded by my good experience recovering. I got lots of horizontal couch rest time for the first 4-5 days but I feel great right now and Levine's direction to me was that, unless there's a specific unrelenting (or increasing) pain going on...see you at 4 weeks. His office (his Physician's Assistant in particular) is very responsive and very patient getting back to you by phone if you have a question, etc.

My incision is under my penis and at the top of my scrotum. Honestly, the only bruising I've had at all anywhere showed up right along the incision line itself, and even that bruising was so minimal it was difficult to see. No discoloration anywhere else, like literally nothing. I'm pretty shocked. But grateful. Not sure how that all is possible but kudos to Dr. Levine at this point...

HI Stephen
Day #30 here. Still a little sore but vastly improved. I go in on the 17th for training and "activation." I am resisting the urge to pump it up beforehand. I have masturbated a few times with a semi, which I guess, is my new flaccid. Don't know if I should have done it but nobody told me NOT to do it!

Amazingly, I managed to orgasm and it gave me hope that things will eventually be in good working order. I really think I may have some residual erectile function...we shall see.

My scrotal incision had a couple of small, weepy areas. I used liquid bandage on them and they healed quickly.

I have been fishing around my scrotum for the pump and the deflation button. It wasn't easy at first but I think and have a good idea of the orientation of the landmarks. It's going to be difficult at first if it's cold and the scrotal skin is tight.

I am single so it will be interesting to figure out when to inflate or whether to disclose. Do I walk into the room with a raging hardon?
Lol...I guess not a bad problem to have, and what a pleasure to not have that performance anxiety.

I'm glad things are going so well with you. Do keep us all posted.

Hey Ken,

That all sounds pretty damn good, all things considered, right?

I get you...I'm tempted as hell to see what the new equipment is capable of. I've kind of sworn myself to something I am absolutely horrible with - patience. I feel it all backing up inside of me. It's a little more than 2 weeks now since I've ejaculated and it's been almost 10 years since I've had that kind of gap, so I definitely feel the physical pressure of the accumulated semen building up. I assume other guys can feel this. I just feel a very full, tingling sensation which then makes something in my brain click unconsciously...like...TAKE CARE of THAT NOW type of thing. An only partially conscious reaction to the full-of-come sensation. There's definitely the urge. My wife, though, wants the inaugural ride and experience and I'm not going to deprive her of that. She's fascinated to see what a max-filled-to-the-brim load looks like. I feel I shall oblige her.

I feel where the pump is. Generally. I have the example pump/valve they sent me home with to look at for orientation and, presumably, to practice on. I still can't believe the size of that thing! I'm not exploring that area much. Too tempting. I cannot be trusted.

Interesting about being single, as you said. Different dynamic than I will experience. You're right, of course, though...what a "problem" to have (finally), right??! You can certainly send the unambiguous message, I suppose, by just inflating to max when she's out of the room. If you're with a girl who loves dick...and I hope you will be...then I doubt she'll care in the moment about the scientific advancements which made it possible! You'll know pretty damn fast what kind of woman you're with...
