Ag, not all 27cm of his is in in his dick. Part of it will be inside the body, in the "CRUS". Some have shorter crus and others have longer crus. Mine is miniscule and my 15cm implant is all distal with almost none proximal. In his case, he may be closer to the 2:1 ratio and he probably has a good 18-19cm distal, or maybe 20. That would be 7.0-7.5", maybe 7.9".

Well, from the pics I saw of his earlier healing, and by what his wife said of being scared....yeah, pretty sure its in the 10 inch range:)!

Man, I only wish I had the full 28cm external and usable! If only! Hell, I wish I had the 19 or 20cm distal....

So I have Coloplast's (apparently longest available?) 28cm prosthesis, but 4.5" or just over 11cm or so is buried inside me, proximal, so apparently I had a deep space there which my doc had to work with. My dick now, what's measurable, is somewhere around 6.25" depending on how I measure. Rough math tells me therefore that about 16.5cm is exposed distally, ie visible usable external dick. So 40% of the full Titan length is hidden away and 60% of it is external and usable. Give or take. Slightly more than the 2:1 external/to/internal ratio which seems to be used as a rough guideline.

Good point on pics, I will post some from this week. Will try to get fancy and post some side by sides of before surgery, early days after surgery during first inflations, and now, one year out. I will honestly be interested to see via photos if it looks any different today than it did when I first started cycling almost a year ago. It doesn't honestly look or feel one iota different. I'll post pics and see what unbiased others may think...

We are all in different stages of our own journey. I am healing VERY slowly.
After 7 months, I finally was able to have sex and shoot my load, but that was short-lived, lol.
Need a break now of 3 or 4 days between sessions.

Agree. Of course. I have chatted with some guys who feel sort of beat up by hearing others who maybe have healed more quickly, etc. You're right of course and it's worth remembering that there are a hell of a lot of variables in play here. Anatomy, health status, underlying conditions, IPP device, implant surgeon's approach, skill set, our individual pain thresholds, and on and on and on.

What do you feel is your primary limitation between sessions? You're having frank pain, I assume? Where, exactly? It seems like most guys I've talked with who are having a bit of a slower recovery like you describe, seems like most are inevitably affected by pain of the IPP tips within the glans...

Just curious.

Ok, point taken, I got lazy as hell about finding and posting any photos. Got some organized this morning, here you go. Shows a pretty good general progression I think of what my dick was doing from the end of the Viagra years into nine years of TriMix and now into this first year with the implant. Definitely the single most questionable thing I've ever produced in PowerPoint.

For whatever it may be worth to guys with questions or just curious about the experience.

Looks like maybe I cannot put all the photos into one post here. Might have to break them up into multiple posts, let's find out. Also will probably create a new thread so other guys interested may find the photos easier I guess.
