I was still pumping up to “uncomfortable” on the dial until 18 months ..........it’s a slow process .....you have a long way to go and....... hell that’s one big implant you have there, how about a couple of pics? One flaccid and one pumped up should do the trick

! !/2 year later and mine hurts almost immediately when pumped max. I think I am full length now so don't pump up unless being used.

I have the same size and interestingly the EXACT same kinks, your pump on the left side too? (I.e curves towards the pump)

The kink at the top is pretty bad in my case, causes a lot of discomfort that I'm hoping I'll get used to

Mine goes to the left a bit when flaccid just like you. Who really cares?
For a while I kept mine partially inflated so it was straight....but I found my sensitivity decreased so now I fully deflate.
A lot of blokes on here would love what you have......just be patient and cycle to what feels slightly uncomfortable rather than excruciating. Nobody says it has to be unbearable.
Over time....maybe 18 months you will probably reach max inflation .......the women/woman you service will be in heaven from what I can see

I am no expert but there are two things that seem to cause the kinks you have. One guy I met felt he was oversized and went for revision surgery. He got a smaller size the second time around, but also switched from a Titan to LGX and the kinks disappeared. More commonly it seems like guys with large penises like yours is have a greater chance of getting kinks. It seems like in those cases it is just the size and weight of your dick that pull it down and cause the kink in the cylinders. Again, it’s my observation from the posts I have seen here on FT, not any medical facts.

I too have the same issues. I bend to the left about 45% deflated and almost straight inflated. The kink (dog ear as called for Titan implants) is on the right side like yours but I found that my right cylinder does not go into the base of my penis as far as the left does. I check this when Inflated. The kink causes me discomfort when my penis moves around. I have pain when fully inflated but now is bearable with no pain killers and I am close to my max pre ED size of 7.25 or a little bigger at times. I now measure about 7.1" My doctor said all is normal but I am not sure if it will get rid of the bend and discomfort. I will keep pumping and not give up. Please do the same.
