hey everyone :)

i got attested a venous leak and iam currently thinking about getting an implant in the near future.

my penis is a really big grower, from flaccid 2,7 inches it goes to 6.7 when errect.

iam wondering what can i expect if i would get an implant, would it even get close to my old errect size when i pump up?
from all the pictures i seen so far it seems size of errect implant is connected a lot to flaccid penis, but iam not sure.

thanks for the help guys :)

Certainly, your flaccid size will be permanently larger than your current flaccid size. Implants do not have the elasticity of human tissue. Many men are very small when flaccid and grow much larger during erection. The Coloplast implants and the AMS CX do not grow in length very much at all. The just go from soft to rigid without changing size very much. The AMS LGX does grow in length somewhat, but not anywhere as much as a man's natural penis can.

This is an over-simplification of an answer, but if you read through a year or two of past posts you will realize what variations there are.

My flaccid after implant is about twice the size as my length before implant. (with my AMS LGX). My erect size is very much the same as before E.D. and the implant.

The most important thing is to have an experienced surgeons with good reviews, then follow the advice from this forum on cycling and stretching. Good luck. The first two months after surgery will be like hell, but afterwards, you'd wish you had it done earlier. I got my life back.

My size before and after implant when hard remained the same (5"). But my soft size increased from 2" to 3.5". :D

LOOK FOR EXPERIENCE! I cannot stress this enough. I found out the hard way that experience matters.
Dr. Kramer, here in Maryland, has over 21+ years under his belt. He knows what to expect if all goes well, and if something else develops, he can analyze and correct situation. The surgeon for the 1st operation, 6-10 years :!:
Implants are a one way street, you cannot go back, and if your situation is really, really bad, sex change operation, lol  .
