Do you think sex is better with the implant? I want to say I think so! I think it must be because of the thickness or the fullest of the penis. I think it’s more sensitive after the implant making sex more gratifying! I had an implant January 9,2020. I think overall sex is better after the implant.

For the first few times sex made me really hurt. Even now after 5 months if we get too hot I'll be sore the next day, like today, LOL. To answer the OPs question, I find doggie style is easiest and the one the wife likes the best. I also find missionary with her bottom on a pillow to angle her vagina up pretty good.
