DAMN....guess old age is creeping up..I use the injection way and hard for 3 hours regardless of when an orgasm occurs. Plenty initial foreplay with sucking and licking... However I cant sustain more than 15 minutes pounding away without running out of gas and my partner has had enough by that time too. Rest and cuddle for a while then try another position. Usually wind up after 1.5 hours for both of us to call it quits. Both of us are fit but enough is enough.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!

You guys are funny! I have to remember this, lol.
I cannot speak to what is happening now, since I have not been implanted and stay the course with toys! It is frustrating, but according to you guys, things should move along nicely after implant. Thanks!

Has anyone on here really pulled an all nighter (or several hours)? What experience can you tell us. What did you feel, how did you feel after you shot your load? I assume you still had to piss after you shot your load, so did you just pick up where you left off?

I can't speak for after my implant because I'm still in forced abstinence until 12/9/19 (day #42).

What I can say is that when I was 19 and I had only recently started a relationship with my wife of 38 years, we had a motel date after work one night and I stayed in after my first orgasm and after a quick breather to let the over-sensitivity fade off a bit, I started again without pulling out, eventually leading to a double orgasm for me, and leading to probably 4-5 for her in total for that single session.

It is possible when being creative, to keep going during the refractory period, even as in my 19 year old self's case, where the erection faded for a period of time. I just started moving again after it was once again comfortable to do so and got my second erection. As I recall, she helped get me erect again with a bit of a penile massage from vaginal muscle contractions.

I am still not able to have sex, I tried some days ago and it hurt like hell, so I had to stop. Now, 3 weeks more has passed, and I will give a try this weekend with a little bit of less pump and lubicant. So I cannot tell any position good or not good for me after implant. By now, all of them are bad.

But I have a question and a comment.

The comment: regarding the 'mental refract time'. Yes, once I cum, I can barely bear any kind of touch in my pennis. But (and this is related with the question I have), I can easyly overpass that period by keeping the dick inside my partner's vagina. When I had no ED, after cum, I just keep my dick inside the vagina, quiet, and after a minute or so, all that sensitivity faded, erection dissapeared, and, if I would be able to get erect again (which sometimes happened), i would be ready again for sex.

There is a position that, thought very usual, not original and very conventional, is my favourite (and my wife's), because it is the easyest way for her to reach orgasm: Me sat or laying down face up, and she over me, like riding a horse. When I reach orgasm in that position, I can keep quiet inside her for a minute, and with a convenient erection, I can continue without problem.

The actual problem (and here it comes the question) is that, since implant, when I tried to do this the 'day of the pain', it was absolutely impossible to penetrate her, because 2 reasons. First, and most important, the terrible pain in the perineal zone. I think that the rear extreme of the implant, which I pressume that is making base in the crux, or I don't know where, produces an incredible pain I could not bear even one second. Second, and probably it would not be a problem if no such pain, the size. With that small size and that big pain, it was impossible to keep trying.

3 weeks has passed since that, and the sensations I feel there inside are the same. I think it still will be impossible. So, the question: anybody has been able to have sex in that position, supporting the charges of the woman over you?

Just my own two cents but I would advise you to be really careful using either the "Cowboy" or "Reverse Cowboy" positions until you are much more healed. These two positions are responsible for many "BROKEN PENIS" cases where the penis slips out, then she comes down hard on the now exposed penis, causing it to bend suddenly, with possibly severe results.

If your getting pain in the proximal region of your implant, such an accident in the "Cowboy" position could be really bad and as you're already aware, it's apparently putting pressure in places that aren't ready for that much stress.

Try a doggy-style (vaginal rear-entry) or missionary if possible. If length is an issue (it definitely will be for me @ just 5", with both of us being quite obese), you might want to try a scissor position where she lays on her side over the edge of the bed with one leg up, he straddles her other leg while holding up her raised leg (or placing it over his shoulder) to allow gentle penetration with minimal stress on the crux.

Is it possible that the rear of the implant is not placed in the correct location? If not supported by your pelvic bones, only soft tissue supports the rear of the implant. This could lead to injury if you are not careful.

¿Es posible que la parte posterior del implante no esté colocada en la ubicación correcta? Si sus huesos pélvicos no lo sostienen, solo el tejido blando soporta la parte posterior del implante. Esto podría provocar lesiones si no tiene cuidado.

I would examine myself (or have my wife look and feel around) while pressing on my penis. Try to detect any movement in my perineum. If you can feel the implant tips, ask your surgeon about that. I think it is not normal.

I'm really concerned that I may end up with that issue exactly, considering the math indicates that I have roughly 1" of the rear tips in my proximal corpora. The doctor had to work through excessive fibrosis in the proximal corpora and I'm not sure he made it all the way through! At 5" distal, about half that length over (2.5") should be proximal to give a 33.3% proximal/66.7% distal average ratio.

See https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13644 for my post raising that concern...

If I still have 1.5" of tumescently functional proximal corpora, that would explain the morning wood feelings, pain/pressure, and morning urination trouble I experience.

I don't think so.

I haven't done that test, next time I inflate will do, but I have touch the zone many times and I don't feel anything. I think it is just that I am not completely healed. The same way I have still some disturbance in the right testicle, disturbance/pain in the tip of the penis, and in some parts of shaft, I think the inside, where the rear tip of implant it is still not completely healed.

I have tested and nothing moves down there, and I cannot feel any implant tip.
