The idea has never appealed to me at all. It's just as well, because I know without asking what my wife's opinion would be.

My implant surgery was completed on October 18th 2019, and the urologist left the cylinders filled to 60% which was extremely uncomfortable, but she assured me this would help me heal faster and straighter. She had done penile modeling during surgery since I had Peyronies, which subsequently caused ED. I began cycling to 100% twice daily at four weeks, and kept that level for at least one hour or longer each time.
Yesterday afternoon a female friend and I had intercourse for the first time. We tried lots of positions vaginally with no problems. She enjoys anal sex as much as I do, and even though my glans were not engorged, I found that using lots of lube and inserting a couple of fingers first to stretch that tight opening just a bit, then lubing my head and shaft made insertion fairly easy. It was absolutely wonderful and I orgasmed in her ass.
I told my urologist I enjoyed anal sex, and she had warned me not to re-enter a woman vaginally after anal sex unless I had urinated, then thoroughly washed myself with warm, soapy water beforehand. This was the best way (other than stopping) to avoid possibly contracting a UTI...

I haven't gotten to use mine yet and unfortunately my wife swore off anal before my ED set in, but I would say that without glans engorgement, the trick to anal would be some toy-play in that area as foreplay to help dilate the anus, along with a lot of lube.

Once she's dilated and loosened up a bit, insertion should be pretty much a breeze (unless she has an issue with reflex clinching). Your/her choice of toys to play with to help her stretch is up to the both of you. It might be a plug, vibrator or dildo, or anything else like that.

Pull your skin back on your dick when inserting. That makes the glans pull down over the implant tips. The glans is hard then.

My wife cut me off from anal when I started having ed issues. She said, I had to be rock hard and now I am. She said, yes finally and has backed out since multiple times. I'm very frustrated but it is her ass. I'm very patience and understanding but god I want it. Does anyone else have a problem like this?

So many threads/posts to follow. I said I will post on here, so here goes!
Stamina sucks (no pun) with this malleable. I have taken the malleable out for 2 test runs and all went well with flying colors:)!
Rear entry was definitely not a problem.
Now with oral, that is another story altogether. I am still sensitive, so oral or even when cleaning my cock head, it is unsettling. Between the two, I would say the oral is the bigger unsettling, but both are calming down. Oral is more pleasure as time goes on.
I can tell you that with anal, if I go hard, pulling my foreskin back gets unpleasant enough to stop everything and lose interest.

Anal was challenging as hell for us prior to implant. My girth was around 6.5" or a bit more, my wife is small everywhere, her bum no exception. We would find our way with anal every now and again but it took extreme patience, significant preparation, and it was always a coin flip as to whether she would in fact find any pleasure with it or just feel borderline terrified at the edge of real pain and not enjoy anything. More uncomfortable than not, really. But she was always interested. She likes butt play (plugs, fingers, tongues, everything)...my pre-op dick just pushed her limits.

Enter the post-implant world. And unintended consequences.

My dick lost almost an inch of length and almost an inch of girth. I'm only a bit past week 12 implanted, we've been having sex for 5-6 weeks now, and we're actually having a lot of fun as hell vaginal sex, figuring this thing out. She loves doggy. We were fucking in doggy (vag) and I came out too far and, upon re-entry, I kind of banged my glans against her cheek. Did not feel awesome. It passed pretty quickly, but a good reminder that there are cylinder tips close at hand there. Definitely more mindful about how I thrust, withdraw, re-enter now.

Last week was first anal attempt post-implant.

Short version? - it's fucking heavenly.

The challenges my overall dick size, especially girth, caused prior? Mostly gone. Instead of a long, patient, cm by cm entry, this time I was able to slide up her bum almost...almost as easily and smoothly as I do into her pussy. Kind of crazy. Her ass is obviously much tighter than her pussy. But I guess we were highly motivated. And we proactively killed it with the lube. Actually a hybrid water-based/partial synthetic we like for anal. Sliquid. The purple bottle. Awesome stuff. Highly recommend. We did not skimp.

So we are just starting to figure anal out here but the early reviews seem pretty damn encouraging. I'm not sure how that all works with tip placement in the glans, I know mine are tunneled pretty far in, I can palpate and feel where they terminate and they seem to be just past the halfway mark of my glans. My glans is stable enough apparently. I did not withdraw completely from her bum, just to the edge of the glans then back in. The tightness of her ass against the cylinder tips was about mind-bending. I don't know if others experience this in the same way? I am specifically turned on and really highly stimulated by the feeling of my tissues moving across the cylinder tips. That specific pressure somehow elevates everything. A lot. Anal took it even higher. The general shift from pleasure to discomfort in my glans arrived sooner with anal than with vaginal but, yeah, absolutely worth it and can't wait to retry.

I have a titan 22cm and never had a problem giving anal intercourse on the spouse. I have had my Titan over 10 months now.
Sometimes I use spit and sometimes I use lube. Both work

Stephan54...fucking heavenly, huh? Well, what is different this time around? Is it that you are rock hard even more so this time around? I would say 'yes' to that:)! The anal sphincter just envelopes your dick much more than vaginally. It is a different feeling, and if done right (douching and lots of lube), it really can be heavenly, lol
