Ejaculation

It's been seven months now and things have been great. Having it 3 to 4 times a week and my wife loves it. Almost 6.5 in which is a little below my pre ED length but I'm happy with it. The only problem is that I have not been able to ejaculate. I feel sensations when she felates me and during intercourse but no climax. I have been able to get off masturbating but it did take much longer than before my operation. Can I expect to regain orgasms ? I've been thinking of trying Viagra if that might help.

Yes it’s my experience too, although I have ejaculated inside my GF on occasion.
I have embraced the new paradigm and with my partner’s involvement I almost always masturbate to reach a climax.
We make a game of it and I have agreed to shoot on her belly 50% of the time and inside her the other 50%.......I have found it’s important for many women to feel the wetness of cum in their vagina and it’s fun.
She loves watching a man masturbate so our compromise works for both of us.
The question: why can’t I shoot like I used to is a good one.
Perhaps it’s a combination of issues eg.
age, change in the structure of the penis and expectations.
Anyone have anything to add?

I too am having this issue, I'm three months post op and I've only ejaculted twice (I've never been big on masturbation). It doesn't seem to bother my wife because it's not stopping my performance at all. I thought it was due to sensitivity on the under glands. I spoke to the DR and he says it will return over time once the nerve heal. I'm trying to be hopeful...

I have always suffered from premature ejaculation. Made worse as ED progressed. I always felt bad if my wife didn’t orgasm. I would try to help, after I blew my load and went limp, by fingering and licking. We both prefer cumming with my dick in her. So lots of disappointment for both of us.

Then I got the implant. I had numbness on the underside for several months. Now when we have sex I can last 2 hours without cumming. But she now has 3-4 orgasms! A handjob or blowjob will make me cum. I do not have numbness now, over a year implanted. There are times when I do cum inside her, and we just continue until both are satisfied or exhausted!

I do not have any engorgement of the glans. The cylinders make the girth of the shaft bigger than the glans, so I believe it doesn’t get enough stimulation.

I have reduced sensitivity from MS to begin with so I'm used to climaxing by hand. My sensitivity is increasing 6 months post-op. It used to take over an hour to climax, which has been reduced to 10 minutes. I'm hoping that as my sensitivity increases, I'll have occasional success vaginally.

I always come inside her, right from the beginning after I received my Titan. Not big volumes but hey, I’m not the youngest anymore.
