First Time

I’m curious to know what your first time having sex with your new implant was like? I’m 18 days post op. My scrotum is still pretty tender and swollen. When my doc has adjusted my inflation it’s very painful. I know he says wait 3-4 more weeks and it won’t be. I’m at about 25% inflation right now, down from 75% last week. Not really sure what 100% is going to look and feel like. I can feel the tip of the implant on both side of the soft head of my penis and can certainly feel the chambers on each side of the shaft. The whole thing feels pretty unnatural at this stage just looking for reassurance that it’s going to work as so many have described and that I’ll have enough rigidity for penetration. Also that pumping will be painless.

TIME!!!! Give it time. Your dick and balls have just gone through a VERY traumatic surgery! It will take about 2 months before things will be close to "normal". If you are like most of us bionic guys, you will be very happy with the results. For me, the first sex with my wife after my implant (about 8 weeks), was the first time we were able to have intercourse in over a year! Although I was not able to cum or climax, it felt so good. It took me another month before that happened. So hang in there and be patient, it WILL get better. Congrats on your implant and welcome to the brotherhood!
Andy

Hi Pete!
Congrats on your implant.
Going to work? Yes!
Enough rigidity? Yes!
Painless pumping? Yes!

Andy is right. Time is what you need. 18 days is still early.

My best,
Mike

My two cents.

I am now at 7 and half weeks after surgery. It still aches. I cannot have sex, I tried last friday and screamed in pain. Of course, not able to cum. But I can cum without problem with gentle masturbation since more or less 3rd week. The fact that be a kind of erected when flaccid, facilitates the fact.

Regarding to pain when pumped, at 18 days I couldn't even pump. I started at 6th week. And without pain, I get my pennis much harder than my best viagra erections. I go to some pain because is what the dr has told me to do, in order to gain girth and lenght. If no pain, no gain.

I hope everybody here are in the truth, and with enough time, sex will be as good as it should to be, even better.

Each of us recovers differently so don’t try to compare your healing to others. I had my first jack off experience at 3 weeks and it was great. My doc told me to wait a full five weeks for sex and we did it first thing that day. It took a few times before I no longer was bothered by the feel of the cylinder tips. Also, we both decided when I was fully pumped it was not as enjoyable as it is when I pump to about 75-80% which is still hard.

It took time, but my implant is part of me now. Yes, it is different, but man it is far superior to the limp dick I had to deal with for years. I am enjoying sex and masturbation again and I have all of my self-esteem and confidence back.

Not comparing, but putting it in a timeframe:), besides, my situation is somewhat different, as I am getting a salvage, but did not use the 1st one. I know the recovery may be different, so I just hope this time around, according to what I have read, that this 2nd time around is shorter recovery.

OK, I went into it after reading a bunch of posts on here… I had already been cycling for five days… we started out turtle slow… My junk is a lot shorter after implant so we were careful not to have any slippage issues… furthermore, everything was still super tender! anyway, she sat there rocking kind of getting some clitoral stimulation and still definitely pleasing me but nothing to ferocious for about the first 30 minutes… she came because of that grinding… I was in so much pain I didn’t think I was going to… She started getting just a little bit more aggressive after 30 minutes… at that point, I was kind of OK with everything going on and a lot more comfortable with the pain if that makes sense… A couple minutes after that I came… We made out for a little while and there was no more insertion for probably 10 minutes until everything calm down as far as sensitivity was concerned… After that, we went at it for a lot longer… It was just working our way through the sensitive stage at first… Things are getting a lot better now… The big issue has been slippage because of the size to be quite honest… That’s when it gets painful! yeah, that’s my two cents… Take your time… Same with cycling, don’t add more pumps until you are OK with the pain in the head of your penis… Basically incorporated that same idea…
