Hey guys I’m new to the forum. I’ve always suffered from mild ED since 15/16, now 22, i could always get an erection easily but it was how fast it went away without physical stimulation that was the problem.

I’ve always had a good sex life up until now, I was Diagnosed by a top Urologist in Ireland with a venous leak . He calmed me down and said that injections will work for a few years but there’s a risk of fibrosis, then mentioned the implant.

I’m strongly considering it but I’m scared to lose length, from pubic bone to tip I’m 6.8 inches. He told me I would be as big as my flaccid lenght.... I’m a grower, my flaccid is 2.5 inches. All shrivelled.

Anybody here have the surgery in Ireland and only lose a small amount of length ?

I am currently saving to get the implant in New York early 2020. I'm in NI here and could get it on the NHS for free. Or go private for almost half what I am paying in NYC. But I am traveling and paying the higher cost because I want to be sized correctly and to avoid RTEs unless they are necessary.

If you go to a local surgeon you run the very real risk of being under sized. Even surgeons that do a fair amount continue to use RTEs to make their life easier, but you will end up with a less rigid erection over time. From my research the only way to avoid these pitfalls is to go to the US unfortunately.

I am privileged in that I have a job and no responsibilities so I can save to do this, but I get that this is not an option for everyone.

One thing though, if your current urologist is saying you will lose length then you should 100% avoid him at all costs - including anyone that he recommends. The only person I would allow to do it in Europe is Mr Ralph who is located in London. His cost is not that much less than going to the US though.
