If your ED is caused by low testosterone it could be reducing your libido and I. Turn maybe that reduces or stops the erotic dreams. My ED was caused by Venous Leak and my libido remained strong and is still strong two years after implant.

I think is mostly the contrary. You have erotic dream, you have a hard erection and you wake up so that you can remember the dream.

With implant, you have the same erotic dream, you don't have an erection and don't wake up. Thus, you cannot remember the dream.

Which begs the question, "After E.D., with your libido still strong but no erections, do you still have erotic dreams (and do they result in orgasm or ejaculation)?"

I have erotic dreams. Has nothing to do with erections. It is all in your head. Have always had them. Usually diving face first into some young sweet tasting pussy. Then I wake up. Crap!! I think they are more frequent if I go to bed 50% pumped.

I had a dream a few nights ago about a drop dead beautiful young therapist at the physical therapy place I went to following my spinal fusion surgery. When I was in the pool for aqua therapy, and she was giving me instructions on bending and twisting exercises to do in the water, several times I acted like I needed her to show me more than once as I watched her perfect body contorting in front of me. In my dream she said "maybe this will help you pay better attention" and she took her tee shirt off to reveal her perfect breasts and began posing for me. For some reason, entirely alien to my way of thinking, in the dream I had to look away immediately. I glanced back at her and she was still twisted sideways, slightly bent forward while staring at me. All I recall was looking at those perfect boobs. I never got the exercise down and immediately woke up. My first thought was I needed to schedule more therapy sessions!

As far as I know I have never once in my life had a “wet dream”. I’ve had erotic dreams. Have a high libido. Perpetually horny really. It bugged me as a late teen hearing about this thing that I thought SHOULD be happening. It just never did. Too embarrassed to ever discuss it with my Dad or a doctor I eventually passed it off as being in the normal range of experiences.

I also don’t really have precum. I’ve always been quite dry during sex despite having a large quantity of ejaculate when I orgasm. I also eventually passed that off as normal.
