Wrong! To me the image is highly informative. Lots of ejaculate for a man his age. I’m jealous 'cause I’m quite younger, however hardly producing anything. Orgasms are great though. It might have something to do with medication or colon cancer operation? Would love to produce more ejaculate...

I was advised after my recent prostate biopsy to begin jacking off a few days later. It’s an entirely discomfiting, repulsive visual to “cum” red blood! Over 4 or 5 days I’m down to a dark brown liquid that’s still revolting. My biopsy results showed lowest grade of cancer, in fact some experts suggest not even labeling it cancer anymore. I told my urologist I’m likely going to balk at another biopsy because I’m entirely done with the bloody discharge. We’ll resort to an mri in 6 months instead.

I’m two weeks post op and horny as hell. Sleeping in a separate room from my wife during recovery (found I sleep more comfortably in a recliner right now). I was left 75% inflated (i think that’s the percentage). Any how one thing led to another late last night and I very gently ‘rubbed one out’. A few observations:
1. Significant amount of ejaculate - most I’ve seen in years
2. VERY satisfying orgasm - best I’ve felt in months/year? Came from deep within. Not my toes as someone on here wrote but certainly from way back at my asshole.
3. Everything works
4. Weird being still hard after
5. I was a bit sore after climax, but not more than I have been on and off post op
6. Worried I wasn't supposed to do this and I might have set back my recovery. Seeing my surgeon today anyway for a follow up. Guess I’ll mention this. Can’t be the first guy to do this at 2 weeks.
7. Not planning on doing this again before I’m cleared for ‘active duty’ just had a two week build up and needed the release.

Any one have any comments, insights, or words of caution?

My opinion:
Unlikely to have done any damage unless your hand tore something (i.e. stitches inside your penis). The contractions of ejaculation are not near your incisions and unlikely to have any impact on your reservoir.

I'd take a different approach on your issue. My advice is to boost your wife's libido. A medication for women libido (pt-141) has been approved by FDA . Also, there is hormonal replacement therapy for women. Nothing more satisfying then a warm wet vagina to penetrate. Also, masturbating will make your penis less sensitive.

Sorry if I offended you, but thought this site and this posting "Implants and masturbation" was about masturbation and the end result. Some of the guys have posted concerns about how much sensitivity they will have and what effect the implant will have on their ability to ejaculate and climax. If a 75 year old can do it and if you do not have any other problems, i.e. prostate, there should be no problems.

Also, this forum has taken considerable pains to ensure that there is never a chilling effect on posts (text or pictures). We appear to want to err on the side of permissiveness and censure only those posts clearly antithetical to the spirit of the forum. Balancing decorum and allowance is a tough call. The particular penis/cum shot, however salacious (it was or appeared) it was also probative.

That is, we permit everything except items that clearly have zero value to the forum.
