Girth

I've heard on here numerous times that most get extra girth with their ams700lgx. My question is, how long does it take to see that extra girth? I'm at about 11 weeks post op.

I have a Coloplast and lost girth. I'm 5 months post-implant. However, I have a retail friend who won't do me before due to girth an now does, so I'm not complaining. That said we all want our cocks to be the same size as pre-implant on a good day. LOL

I’m assuming it’s still too early to tell regarding your final outcome on girth but I thought with the Titan due to their larger diameter that you should maintain your girth or even possibly get a bit more once you continue to cycle. I also know it depends on other factors as well like how much of the remaining tissue engorges that determines the final girth.

I did not lose girth or length, but I had to pump, stretch and pump rigorously for the first six month post surgery.
Read Danny's stretch exercise. Remember, if it does not hurt when you pump, it is not working. No pain, no gain.

Mine never hurt while cycling! And I pump until the pump goes soft after fully inflating. I have lost an inch in length and girth from before implant. I believe surgeon was not aggressive enough in measuring me. Even my wife notices the difference in size. Though she does like me staying hard for our 1-2 hour “workouts”!

Here you go. Very valuable resources and it does work. Trust me, it needs to hurt, otherwise, you are not stretching. My first 6 months were hell, but I'm reaping the benefits now. Guys, you suffered enough through ED, so be strong.

I have been reading the post and it seems to be not for me. First, I cannot make more than 20 good pumps (I am Titan), and it hurts like a hell. In fact, I use to do 25-30 not so good, not so deep.
Regarding cycle routine for gaining size, doesn't not appear to be consensus. Some people says 'pump until it hurts, pump a little more and hold on one our. Twice a day'.
In Dr Kramer's page I can read this:
HOW MUCH SHOULD I CYCLE THE PENILE IMPLANT?
Dr. Kramer feels cycling should be done about twice per day, for 12 to 18 months after surgery. Cycling should be done by inflating the implant as much as it possibly can be inflated. Once it is inflated, then it should be left that way for about 5 minutes. Then, it’s important to pump even more fluid into the device, around three to four additional pumps, until the device is very full. Then deflate it. Repeat these steps again.
My Dr. told me to inflate once or twice a day to the maximum I can and hold 15 or 20 minutes. The explanation guys in the forum gave me make sense: I am 7 weeks since implant, and I am not completely healthy, so I should not cycle aggresively until completely healed.
