Strccth test
Strccth test
I know that I read a lot of post about the stretch test being BS. For all of u that had the stretch test done how hard did the doctor pull. I can get 7 pulling hard and 6.75 with just a little force. Anyone jump in.
Re: Strccth test
When my surgeon did the stretch test he caught me off guard and pulled hard enough in early
List my balance. Once I knew what he was doing I stood firm and he pulled quite hard, but not enough to be painful.
I think the comments you have read about it being BS come from the fact there are variables once the doctor gets in there that are unknown ahead of time. The stretch test is just something they can use to give curious guys a number. It is sort of a safeguard that it should be at least that size, but they can’t promise more until more facts are known during surgery.
My stretch test was just shy of 4.5”. During surgery my doc removed some plaque from Peyronies and did a great job of sizing my cylinders. After fully healing my length was 6.5” at 6 months and that is exactly what my lifelong length was prior to ED, aging, and a big loss after Prostatectomy.
I was fully prepared to have 4.5” and believe a fully functioning penis that length would be preferable to the limp noodle I had before surgery.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I heard one doctor say he stood on the patients toes before he pulled. That might give you an idea about the pull.
So Mike, I'm curious. If you've read about the stretch test, you know that sugeons say that is your likely implanted length. What is the goal of your repeated questions about length/girth? It would seem that you already know the answers.

My goal is to get back what I have nothing more just what god gave me. I guess I read to much and lots of people on this site has said that they have lost 1/2 inch. I'm considered average so 1/2 inch means a lot.

6.75 is most of an inch over the USA average length. I'm sure that you'll be fine.

And, how true is this? Is frequent ending with more than that? Less? Is that assumption somehow conservative to protect the pacients from high expectations?
In the huge experience that resides in this forum, what is the reality about that premise?
Thanks

It is easy to find out. Pick a few members that now say that they got most or all of they're length back. Go look at their posts from when they were first implanted. Almost 100% comment that they lost some length. When you read a post today of a newly implanted member. All you'll see & remember is his length lost complaints. It is almost only the men that have been implanted for a year or so that report near full recovery.
The search function reveals a lot of very good historical data. Sadly, very few members use it correctly or at all. But they sure remember the short comments by the newly implanted.
I have posted before that after my circumcision that I lost some erect length. Surprised me. Yup, after a few months to recover from the trauma my length returned. No reason to of lost length other than from the trauma.

Re: Strccth test
My implant was first installed in 2002 (and replaced in 2014) and I have my original erect/inflated length of 5". (And the flaccid/uninflated length went from 2" to 3.5".)
Re: Strccth test
Thanks for your answer. But take in mind two questions: because of language jargon (I am not native english), I lose much words and meanings. And yes, almost every people complains about a lose in lengh, but almost everybody stats that after a year or two, by cycling, they have recover almost all the size before the implant.
But the question is, and sorry if I haven't been able to find a definitive answer: One thing is the lengh erected when I got erections with Viagra, and other different is the lengh flaccid and streched by Dr before surgery. In my case, I was about 12-13 cm when erected by viagra, and 10 in Dr test. Now, after 7 weeks post implant, I am about 9,8 cm erected. And the question is: what is more likely to end, with the original erected viagra-ed size (12-13 cm), a little less, the Dr test size (my case 10 cm) or a little less than Dr test?
I am not anathomist, but I hardly believe that in a non implanted person, the lengh of his erected pennis is limited by the lengh of his flaccid streched one. I think the blood pushes the cavernous corpses and dilates the lengh.

Re: Strccth test
I've mentioned before that my doc didn't do a stretch test.
At my first activation, I was at my lifelong length.
I seem to have now even gained 1/4-1/2" (abt a CM).
I had no Peyronies or scarring before surgery. Maybe that helped?
I'd guess I was just measured internally to perfection.
