It's funny how you don't notice what's on a commercial till it applies. After PCa treatment I had to use self catheter for 3 months. I actually saw a commercial for catheters one day never noticed before. During football season I remember seeing ED pill commercials. Has anyone ever seen a coloplast or other implant commercial? Are they banned to advertise? Internet says ED is on the rise(pun) because ED pill no longer works after long periods of use. Are women more aware of implants now?

I spoke with my AMS rep about wanting to be in an implant commercial. He said he thought the cost of that advertising would be prohibitive. I pointed out if Coloplast does one first AMS will always be perceived as number 2. He said with their market share they likely aren’t worried about that. I can’t see how they’d be prohibited.

yes, as a matter of fact! I have a satellite radio subscription “it’s like cable for blind people LOL“… There is a Doctor Who has a show every weeknight… She answers peoples questions about sex… It’s really interesting and people of all ages and genders… Pretty much anything! Anyway, she recently had a show where she talk to a urologist about them… Since then, She’s been doing a commercial for them during her breaks…. Specifically the AMS devices… she reaches millions of viewers nightly… I think exposure to this kind of thing will definitely normalize it… disarm extent, it’s like online dating… When I was in high school, it was the kind of thing everyone put down… 13 years later, it’s the only way to get a date… It’s just people need to be exposed and realize that everything is completely normal… i’ve already heard a couple of typos LOL just ignore them!
