Girth

I was reading about Coloplast Titan Girth. It said that each cylinder expands to 21mm. 21mm x 2 only gives u maybe 5 inches in girth. What happens if u r 6 inches in girth.

I think you have additional tissue other than just the cylinders.

You may still have some degree of residual engorgement after implantation.

The cylinders fit within a portion of your penis. You have more outside of the cylinders that adds to your final girth.

I know about the extra tissue but I dont know how much would that add to girth

My guess is every man is different so there is no way to know without dissecting your dick and measuring. I doubt it is important enough that you want to do that.

Girth was the only disappointment I had with an implant. Whereas I was a plump round shape before, I'm now the poster boy for the flat oval shape. Granted, the oval is wider than I was before, but I like to use my dick for sex instead of log splitting! Ultimately though all the advantages of an implant heavily outweigh the cons so I long ago accepted my new normal and forgot all about the past.

I wonder if there aren’t posts from FT member who have been implanted with Titans that mention their pre-implant vs post-implant girth. That might give you a good idea of what you may gain or lose.

I am a Titan man implanted almost 7 weeks ago, but I cannot bring conclusive facts, due to:

1. I did not take measures about my girth before the implant. I have never taken that measure in my life, and before implant, as long as I was not able to get erected, was impossible. The only measure I have been done is the flaccid strecth that my surgeon did, and I have just read that that is BS, only a conservative measure of the Dr in order to not have high expectations (maybe a good decision at the end, because you have made the idea of the shortened and you finally get the surprise, but in the near term, is very disgusting not knowing how long your dick will be).

2. I am not completely healed and therefore have not begun with 'regain size cycles'. By the moment, I am at the 'heal cycles' stage.

Tomas1 is very correct. Totally flaccid with no engorgement, my girth is significant. Whatever the diameter of my implant might be. They should be more of an increment to rather than my total girth. Probably not a 1 for 1 increment, but some ratio of an increment increase.
I anticipate having plenty of girth & I'm not stressing over it if I lose a little bit. The goal is an erection. Worrying about girth and/or length is not addressing the real problem.
