Size and grith Coloplast Titan

I have two more questions about Coloplast Titan. The other day I wrote about my concerns about mi size. I measure my dick with pump inflated to max and it was about 9,8/9,9 cm. Before sourgery, flaccid and streched at maximum, 10 cm.

But yesterday I took the measure with pump totally deflated and pennis flaccid, and, bad surprise: about 9,8 cm. So when in erection, no more length than flaccid!! The pennis only grows in girth when pump. Is it going to be like that forever? No more lenght? I thought that in erection, the pennis dilates because the fluid, and with cycling it recovers the length, but if lenght is the same flaccid than in erection, I cannot figure out how it is going to grow!!

Other thing is girth. In this case, the pennis do grow. And here is another question: I have read that Coloplast cylinders are 2,1 cm diameter. So as long as they are two, they sum 4,2 cm. Plus, let say, 2 mm in between, máximum pennis diameter will be 4,4 cm. So the girth, diameter multiplied by pi, will be as much as 13,82 cm (5,4"). Am I right?

Your penis will grow in length with continuous cycling.
You are implanted with 20 cm Titan cylinders. What I read here, approximately 1/3 is buried inside you and 2/3 approximately are outside of the body and visible. Whit this in mind, you should have around 13 cm outside which is at least 5 inches. You did not have RP so, you should regain your length with implant.
I was implanted with 18 cm + 1RTE. I started with 3.75” right after implant and now, I am 5.5” fully inflated. Flaccid, I am around 4+”. I got to 5.5 girth which is my all time girth.
I had RP and thru surgery and 100% impotence after surgery, I lost 2+ inches of length. With implant, I got 1” back.
I am now almost 14 months post implant, and for the past 5-6 months, I cannot inflate my implant to the point of pain or discomfort. To me, that means I reached max with my 18+1. Probably, with longer cylinders, I would be able to regain more of lost length which might happen at revision in the future.
Be optimistic and continue cycling.
