Pain in right cylinder—6 weeks out

I am 6 weeks out from an AMS 700 implant bu Dr Kramer in Baltimore. Most of it is going good, with some pain around the tubing, and one other issue.

On deflation, the tip of the right cylinder retracts from the head of the penis. When it does that, it often gets twisted sideways in the penis, and rubs, causing pain. When I go to inflate the implant, I need to make sure that the tip is straight and aimed towards the tip of the penis.

Is this normal, and something that will stabilize, or should I discuss it with Dr Kramer?

I would Definitely discuss with the Dr, have you tried holding the tip in place (squeeze the Cylinder with thumb & index just below it and deflate squeeze with the rest of your hand) you may also try staying just inflated enough for the tip to stay in place so it settles in that spot better

I slide the tip into place, when I start to inflate. I have tried leaving it inflated a bit, too. Gets a bit tender after a while.

I will talk to Dr Kramer about it. I just wondered if it was normal for the tip to fall down a bit when deflated. When it turns, it irritates that side of the penis.

Thanks for the feedback.
