I never had a large head but it was normal sized when I had an erection. Now it is very small. I ask this question because all of the photos i see here have large nice sized heads. Did all of you have larger heads prior to implant? Do any of you see that it is smaller. And that AMS instructional video has this very large penis with a really large well shaped head depicted.

I am holding off on trimix gel because i do not want to irritate my penis head further

Also, does the slight burning sensation after you pee go away after a while?

My penis head is average size and remained the same after I got my implant. I will say for some implanted guys, especially those with Titans, the shaft becomes thicker so the glans appears smaller. It doesn’t physically change in size, but the natural looking proportions sometimes change.

AMS LGX 700 and the head doesn’t seem to get as firm as I remember. I don’t experience any pain.
