Can you get the Penuma

I was wondering if you could get the Penuma implant if you already have the Titan?
Could you have both? I'm grateful for what the Titan is worth.
Im low on self esteem when it comes to my size and girth but I've heard
the Penuma adds like 2 or more inches.

Let's look at this.
$15,000usd, no insurance covers it.
A circumcision is mandatory.
Only 2 doctors can or will install it.
I can't imagine that any "adjustment" is done to your current implant.
This adds up to a very hard no from my perspective. Just my opinion but this just screams of a product designed to take advantage of some men's insecurity.

You might want to do some more research. Dr. Perito has a video where he talks about it and there have been some very poor outcomes. There is also another fourm where it is discussed at length.
