This has been discussed many times here. Many guys aren’t overly happy with how their glans don’t seem to engorge enough. Most, like me, report no difference. It’s been said often here the blood supply to the glans is separate from what produced an erection. I develop a chub when aroused and fully engorged glans.

I think it is different if you have had an prostatectomy that removed some of your nerves. No glans engorgment before implant and you would have no engorgment after implant.

It depends entirely on individual factors. I am pre implant.
My glans does engorge if, and only if, I use a ring.

Maybe that would work for you too. You can use a ring with an implant, 'Tangerine' and a few others here do so.
