heres my 2 cents I think there are a lot of men with large member's and no way to hide it or should they we should be proud of who we are big small in-between we are talking swimming suits fellas at a swimming pool look around I'm sure you'll find a lot worse some guys and gals are just jealous I think I don't really think its a big deal if your comfortable that's all that matters and if you don't like it don't look

Implants vary in their uninflated (soft) stage. Although I never wear tight suits like this one, I definitely would not have a bulge that would embarrass me.

I am surprised by some of these comments. I only wear this suit when I swim laps early in the morning with a few other adult lap swimmers around. I swim and then walk 10’ to the locker room to shower. There are other men who wear suits more revealing than this so this is not an unusual sight. Sometimes I go later in the day when more families are there and wear a black square cut that hides everything more, but even that time of day I see several revealing suits, including some of the dads with kids.

There are definitely more men at my gym’s pool now who wear Speedo style briefs again than there were a couple years ago. Even in the gym itself guys are wearing Under Armour shorts with nothing over it. Although less skin is showing, they reveal a lot the way the hug the skin. I wouldn’t consider doing that.

I'm impressed that you are surprised. Everybody at the pool will notice the bulge and odd looking thing under your speedo. Definitely not appropriate at all in my opinion. Best would be a pair of beach shorts, with the penis tucked sideways fully deflated, and, maybe even with compression shorts underneath. And I don't mean this in an offensive way. But I was not going to sugar coat it either.

As I have mentioned, I am very respectful of others and only wear this suit when there are just a few adults around, some who wear similar suits. I avoid wearing this at other times because of attitudes like yours that it is inappropriate. The U.S. is so much more modest than other countries.

The reason I am surprised is because there are much more visible penis displays in high school, college and Olympic sports uniforms and that is not only accepted but the team sanctioned the uniforms. There is a big double standard for men. Women can show tons of cleavage and nipples poking through their suits but a slight outline on a man causes all kinds of comments. I don’t understand since everyone knows men have penises why we should try to look like we don’t, but when can show off their bodies without ridicule.

I find this thread fascinating from a cultural shift/social mores point of view. Even more so because a lot of us are near the same age.

Nowadays you have women traipsing around in swimsuits that conceal nothing. That's considered ok. An older guy hits the beach in something like the first pic in this thread, he's a vile filthy pervert and its the end of society as we know it.

It hasn't been that long since women were supposed to be modest and men were not thought badly of even if they engaged in nude bathing.

High school swim teams....girls wore suits, guys didn't. Yearbook pictures are out there in internet land of men's swim teams lined up without a stitch on. It was the way things were.

Boys swam naked at the Y. My swimming lessons in 1963 were conducted in the buff. Moms were free to come and watch.

Showers after gym class were mandatory after 7th grade. There were no partitions or curtains in those days.

I'm not sure how or why or when we went wrong. There's nothing inherently nasty about a man's body (or a woman's either for that matter). I like to joke that people who think sex isn't dirty or nasty just aren't doing it right. But the truth is we, collectively, have lost our minds.

Case in point. Say I drink too many diet cokes and I'm cruising down the highway in my pickup and the bladder says I'm not going to make it to the next town 47 miles away. I pull over and pee. Chances are good in Texas that nobody drives by. But if they do no problem. Allegedly if I get caught doing that in Massachusetts I get booked for indecency and have to register as a sex offender.

At some point in time, it's time to stop worrying about offending the sensibilities of others and just do what you want. A little courtesy and common sense would help immensely. They too are in short supply.

But back to the topic: I can hardly wait to fill a swimsuit in a. manner similar to post. December can't get here quick enough.

USA is a Strange Duck Indeed as to Nudity, however slight or complete. Advertising has near naked male and females, TV, Billboards, Newspapers, Movies. Nudity, Sex exploited everywhere... but You and your Nasty Pool Dick. Shame, Shame, Shame.

Get a grip. If what you see offends you, look away. Most of European countries have Nude or topless beaches, Germany FKK. Scandinavia, sex is a physical function. Not Religious ordained, love only, procreative event.

Be discrete if you feel the need but don't hide because of oppressive hypocrisy.
