I can come from oral.
It takes much longer though - anywhere from half an hour to an hour. (I am guessing it is because some nerves were cut during the surgery, right?)

While I love getting a long BJ, I have very rarely been able to cum from oral. It has always taken a great deal of stimulation to get me off and even fucking doesn't always do it. I had this issue before Trimix and don't imagine that will change after my implant.
