Anyone using VED post implant?

Long story short-I used VED before implant to restore some length and girth before surgery. After surgery my penis is twisted, the tip tilts to the left and does not engorge. Consultant (not the butcher who did the implant) suggested using the VED (not vigorously) to possibly solve issues with the tip and restore some girth. The implant is an AMS 700, manufacturer recommends against using the VED because they have concerns (no evidence) that the IPP could be damaged.

Anyone done it? If so please share results.

Thanks!

There is a video on YouTube from Dr. Perdito in Miami that’s yaks about using a VED after implant. He says in the video that it was safe to do with a VED that you could regulate pressure and to not use the ones from the Adult Store. He didn’t say how much and for how long, but he did say it was safe. He mentioned he was part of study on using a VED after IPP and they found no negative effects. I’m only 6 weeks post op and only cycling 2 times a day. I will probably try the VED later after I’m fully healed. Good luck. Let us know if you find a routine anywhere.

I think there are many grey areas there and no medical proof that it's safe. 12 months post op I tried it once a week for about two months and while the glan did gorge and there was increase in girth while the VED was on a had concerns about the pressure being applied to the base of my shaft.
Even after doubling the silicone ring at the bottom of the VED it was uncomfortable and i think my pump was also being 'sucked' upwards.
I couldn't find any proof that it would not cause damage so i stopped doing it.

Anyone else have experience with this topic? I use the VED now to main elasticity as I cannot get any type of erection at all so the VED exercise is important to me. Just wondering if there are any guys out there that have used it in conjunction with the implant for regaining size etc. I would love to be able to incorporate it into the post op therapy. Love to hear from those who have tried and those that may be doing it regularly.

I am interested too in this matter. My penis is now just 10 cm and I don't think I can go to my 12 cm just with pump cycling. I have read gains of up to 3 cm with VED.

Also I will ask my Dr next revision, 18th this month, but experiences here are welcome

Yes I used a VED and blew the one cylinder. I had it slightly pumped and it blew. I had the AMS 700 18 with 4rte’s whatever you do make sure it’s completely deflated. I got the CX 18 5 rte’s the cylinders are supposed to be tougher. I still use my VED but I am completely deflated when I use the VED. I use it almost everyday at least 15 minutes. I use enough pressure were I’m not in any pain. My pump ends up in the tube. My doctor should’ve put the Titan in a 22 with 1 rte but I think he could’ve put a 24 in I feel that it’s some extra room in the head.

Oh no that’s not good... a blown cylinder! I was hoping you could pump up and then use VED to put some more pressure and give extra stretch but that is not the outcome I was expecting (blown cylinder). I will keep researching this topic but I do believe Dr Perito said it was ok to use but I will have to find that link somewhere . If anyone know where it is please feel to share.

Lewisbl... do you find using the VED with the implant deflated working for you in terms of gaining back length and or girth?

Yes you still get more girth then length. The girth last longer. Do not use a VED inflated at all. The extra pressure will burst the cylinders soon or later. You might get away with it a couple of times before it happens. I had to wait 2 months before I could get it replaced. You will get the thickness deflated and the length.

I asked my doc about this just 2 days ago, as I'm so small now it's comical. He said there's absolutely no evidence using a VED post surgery will do anything positive BUT there is evidence that doing so can cause serious problems. I'm not going to risk it. OP, given your issue, perhaps some VERY LIGHT VED might help but you don't want to make a bad situation worse.

Hi Guys

I have been using the VED for a very long time, before the implant and now. I have not had any difficulty using it post implant. I did increase in size mostly girth. If you plan on doing it , you should pump the implant to the max before you pump. I have the Titan which is a rugged tough device ;)

PM me if you have any questions
