Any recommendations for lotion/ointments for scrotum?

I am still getting pain - it is a burning sensation actually - I think from all of the squeezing of my scrotum from pumping and deflating. Can anything be applied to soothe me?

I've never seen a recommendation for any topical preparation to treat what you're describing. Nearly all of the issues involved are alleviated with time. For me there was a brief period where I had to power through some pain and discomfort to get to where sex was a totally enjoyable pursuit. Everyone is different in their recovery. Discuss these concerns with your doctor and make sure he is addressing it fully for you.

I used " Active Mans Solutions penile health cream" from Active Life . I got it on Amazon. Very soothing. It lasts a long time when used sparingly. My junk is worth it. I had the same problem. I still use it when I overwork my little man.

After certain kinky, and how shall we say, scrotal expanding activities, I just use Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. Takes good care of sac and easy to get at the grocery or drug store.

I like Penile Re-Vitalize lotion that I got from Amazon, it has some stuff in it that kind of warms or tingles the area.

I have always used some sort of body lotion after showering I have also used Aveeeno lotion.

Both products absorb pretty quickly so unless your re-apply you couldn't really use them for how can I say it manual stimulation and definitely not as a sexual lubricant
