I agree too. There is only three benefits in semi-rigid: cheaper and less time recovery from surgery, and easy to use.

All the rest, are much more inconvenient. First, and for me completely decisory when I took the decision, if semi-rigid, you will be erected the rest of your life. You only hide your erection blending the pennis, but is still erected. Less natural erection, and of course, much less natural appearance when flaccid (in fact, no flaccid anymore). I guess that as there is no inflation, the size and girth after surgery is for ever, no chance of grow.

If there is not a very good medical reason for it, I had no doubts in going for the 3 pieces inflatable.

In fact, is what I have done.

Being semi erect the whole time is major issue but your other reasons I disagree. Natural is not being implanted tubes and pump are detectable too anyone that touches hard state, and soft I’m really stuck wondering who the cares about gym appearance but with my titan anyhow it still looks weird as shit. Size is one for sure you will at be at least be a cm or more shorter than three piece,
Girth wise you will suffer hard also with most malleables being 8-14 well titán and lgx 18-20

All and all I would say naturally appearance depends on the device for sure but if you are going for an implant which is for ED you certainly value hard state. 3 piece is more comfortable I’d say, I’d also say in some ways malleable more concealed though but carries a high erosion rate and with lack of girth and length probably not for most even qualified applicants. But evaluation of your goals and expectations should be low.
