I had my consultation yesterday. I had a big list of questions to ask and they all got answered. My issue is I read a lot of post that people say that it takes time to get back to your original size. Doc told me that I would have the size back the next day. I start cycling on day 3 and he told me that the first activation that I will have my length and girth that day. I'm really confused because I read a lot of post that says it takes time to get your size back. I'm confused

If you have no pre-existing issues, you should get your normal size back right away, I did.
I'm not very happy with the CX (too hard flaccid), but have also picked up 1/2" but who's counting?

Post RP, I had 2.5 years of "soft dick atrophy". I basically lost an inch (that I couldn't really afford to lose). I'm a little less than 5 inches. I have fun!!! Good luck man!!!

Doctors vary in their surgical techniques and after-surgery protocols. Some have you activating only a few days after implant. Some have you wait weeks. Some leave you inflated very little and some inflated a lot.

Comparing results and timing with men here is like comparing apples to oranges. If your surgeon is an "orange" and the other guy's surgeon is an "apple" and another guy's surgeon is a "banana" (woo-hoo!)

Early activation in a couple of studies (and, believe me, 3 days is early activation) promotes size retention, though it can be uncomfortable. Many men take an over-the-counter pain medication to help, about 30 minutes before an activation session. Others do just fine without any meds.
