Is it possible to get any length back with AMS CX?

I’m a little over 3 weeks post op with AMS CX 21+2RTE. I’m getting really paranoid that what I have now is all it’s going to be. Trying to stay positive, but once activated next week is there anything extra I can do to ensure I get max benefit from this procedure?

I was installed with the CX on July 24 of this year and at first I was about 4.75 and pretty quickly gained to 5.75. I'm about 6 inches now and hope to gain another half inch since that's what I was in my prime.

From months of reading this forum I'm getting the impression that regardless of the make/model of implant that with regular cycling, if they were fitted with the proper size implant, nearly everyone eventually gets to what they were before any disease caused them to loose length. One member reportedly gaining 1.5" over his immediate post op length... but the gain still got him only to what he was prior to any disease. I'm getting the impression that gaining length beyond what one was in their youth is highly unlikely.

Having said that, if anyone here knows of a confirmed instance of a member gaining length beyond what they were in their youth please tell us more as that would be very interesting.

I've gained a bit over my lifelong length.
It's nothing to brag about; between 1/4 and 1/2".

I was lucky to not have prior prostate surgery or Peyronies though.
I also VED'd daily prior to surgery to maintain what I had.

I was also at lifelong length right after first activation.

I was immediately concerned about my seeming loss of length when I was first activated after my CX implant. I even mentioned it to the nurse who first pumped me up. I had already resigned myself to my girth taking a "flat oval" shape after having read a number of comments from guys on this forum. Indeed that's what I ended up with. As to the length, when I get home and pumped myself I went beyond what the nurse had done and felt my length was very close to what I had remembered it being before. My wife confirmed that my thoughts about being shorter were in my imagination. I had never really measured myself before that I could recall. However, in the over two years since being implanted, I have experienced a very noticeable increase in my length even though what I had at the outset was very adequate. I am now at 6.5 inches and very pleased with what I have. Maybe I WAS longer when I was younger but I'm entirely happy that at 66 years old my sex life is I'm certain much better than the majority of men in my age range. My surgeon told me that with regular cycling you can actually attain up to around 3cm additional length and whenever he has to do a revision it almost always results in a longer implant. For that reason I'm cautiously thinking I'll never be concerned if a revision comes up in my fututre! My wife is infinitely pleased with what I have now and actually seems to like the wider albeit less rounded girth I have. Give yourself time and keep cycling and the CX should work very well for you. I like the "dial a dick" aspect of it in that I can control the hardness for if I want a quickie or a marathon session. You should be able to attain the same outcome.
