Will cialis or viagra engorge glans after prostate surgery?

I’m 2wks post op AMS 700 implant. I’ve read where some here have difficulties with engorging the glans after implant. I had RRP and I know those meds would not give me a erection, but I wondered if anybody took the pills to engorge the glans, and did it work or not after implant?

My understanding is that some men have problems with having an engorged glans when aroused after a prostatectomy -- the implant doesn't cause that, imho.

I had my prostrate removed because of cancer and am on my third implant. My gland gets engorged every time. My penis looks about as normal as any penis can be.

Have the same glans engorgment problem. Cialis just gave me a head ache and indigestion. Prior to RARP it gave me help with my hard on. Nothing beats a blood filled hard on.
