If I can stretch my penis 7.75 inches in a traction device what length can I expect after surgery. Not trying to get it down to a cm but just ball park. All suggestions appreciated.

What's the difference between a traction device and penis pump? Are they the same thing? For those who have used it, is this how the device looks like? https://razdaar.com/doc-johnson-mighty- ... -pump.html

The vacuum pump will provide some traction as it pulls blood into the penis. So it does length and girth.

A traction device such penismaster only in my opinion applies to length.

Prior to my surgery I used both.

I do have a PenisMaster that was given to me by a fellow brother. I’m willing to pass it on as I longer need it.
I have washed, sanitized all the durable part and got rid of the disposable parts that I used. There are also more unused disposable parts to get you started and you can order more from the company.

If anyone is interested in it let me know via PM as it is now gathering dust.

I guess my question was if my measurement is 7.75 with a traction device what can my expectations be for implant lenght

Magic that question takes a lot to figure. I’m just getting started on my implant journey having the implant done on September 3.

If I was to look at the over all implant mine is approximately 9 inches. Do I expect a 9” no as I’ve never been that big. When I had the stretch measurement done I came out to a little over 6 inches.
In reading my surgical summery I’m expecting roughly the same size. As you got to consider glans enlargement as part of the over all length when erect.

As many can tell you all the, measurements taken before the doctor measures you on the table doesn’t really matter. The skill of the doctor does. If he sizes it right you’ll lose little to none.

The best article I read on traction and enlargement stated (government study on Peyronie’s) was a 1 to 1.5 cm ( not inches) increase after 8,000 hours of traction. That’s a lot of time having your dick stretched

Absolutely yes. My length is as long as it ever was. My girth is nearly the same. The only complaint about my penis size is the shape. Where it was pretty much round (circular in cross-section) before, it is now oval (sort of flat). But this makes no discernable difference to my girlfriend. Remember, vaginas are flexible, stretchable and elastic. I believe that a round penis versus a nearly round penis, is hard to tell the difference.

You need to understand that the 7.75 is a phony measurement. A better measurement would to remove the device, wait at least 3-4 hours. Then do a manual stretch test. No matter what you do. Your penis will retract from that 7.75 while you are in pre surgery. The doctor will open you up & measure your penis to select the implant. There is not a way to change this procedure, get used to how it's done.

Yep. I went from grower (2" soft, 5" hard, more than doubling) to show-er (3½" soft, 5" hard). Nice for a variety of reasons. :D
