Hello, gentlemen! So, on 22 October, I’m getting my surgery done with Dr. Kramer… My stretch test puts me at 6.75 This is what I measured before everything started happening erect… Is there any chance that there is scarring that would affect this and I just don’t know about? As in, if I stretch that much and have a good surgeon, can I logically expect this after surgery? I’ve read a lot from gentleman saying they’ve lost some size Was there post surgery size pretty close to the stretch test? I hope this all makes sense… I’m a little bit scattered and honestly more nervous about this surgery than I was for either of my pancreas/kidney transplants or any of my eyeball surgeries…

I think the stretch test is pretty much meaningless.
Whatever your last erection was with pills or injections would probably be what you'll get.

If you got a VED measurement, you probably won't get that much.
I think you'll get what you hope for though (within reason).

Thank you for the response… The question was a little bit vague on my part… I am completely blind so I have never injected or used a pump… The pills were kind of unsuccessful and I was getting semi erect at best… I remember when that big study of size came out in 2014 and me and my girl went to measure, I was 6.75… I measured stretched right after my initial consultation and it was still 6.75… I just didn’t know if that was an OK estimate or not… Thank you for the reassurance! I’m really hoping all goes well…

If you haven't suffered much shrinkage over time, you should be fine.

I'm bigger now than the stretch test from my doctor showed. He just pulled out my dick fairly hard and said "that's how big you'll be". He wanted to see if I'd be satisfied with that, and I said yes. Turns out that a year after surgery I've grown and I'm bigger in length and girth than that quick stretch. Before the implant, I had not had a good erection in a long time and experienced many years of atrophy, but I did what he told me in stretching out with a VED regimen and traction for a few months before surgery.

While I've never been "hung", I very happy with my current size and I love having the implant.

So glad things worked out like that for you… I just had lunch with my girlfriend and my two best friends “all women“… They’ve known I wanted the surgery for a while and are all pretty familiar with my body… My girlfriend said she’s going to be happy even if I am down a couple of inches… For it to work will be a first in our relationship… She has a keeper… My two best friends said they just can’t wait to play with the pump Lol. With all of the support I’m getting from you guys, my girls, and the incredible surgeon I’ve got, I think that I am in good hands… I’m only 32 And never would have even dreamed about this 10 years ago… I can’t wait for it to just be over and need to keep convincing myself that the size really doesn’t matter as much as I’m making it out to… It’s nothing I’ve ever been concerned about until I started looking this surgery up on YouTube and the Internet… Thanks again, guys…

The original stretch test is given during surgery. It is a special measuring device that the surgeon has which measures the inside of the penis where he is going to inject the cylinders. That way he will not insert cylinders that are over size or under size. But I know that the LGX within a few months will give you length and girth. More length then girth. I have noticed that if I leave about three to ten pumps in the cylinders over night, the penis will stretch. My penis used to measure up to my belly button and now it is about one inch passed the belly button. But to have good sex you do not need such a long penis, even though some women go crazy over it, but like some will tell you that it is best to be tickled to death, then stabbed to death.

Oh man, I’d love that! I’m getting an AMS device Because of infection risk . Results like that would be ideal…

If you mean. "Men receive the implant length that matches the length that they are when they enter the surgery." Then yes. Generally not a penis lengthing surgery. But some can gain length, some can lose length.
The sugery videos that I've seen. The surgeons can be pretty aggressive with the measuring tool.
