I'm glad that I did not see a video of implant insertion. It would have scared the shit of of me!

Everyone has their unique reaction. I was, on the contrary, reassured by the videos; that the implant would support my.glans with as much force as my tunica did in my youth.

Your external measurements have absolutely no bearing on the internal measurements of your penis. Totally different subject.

You can give him all the measurements you want, but the measurement he will use is the one he gets when he measures internally during the surgery. External measurements are pretty much useless.

Does the surgeon have more than one implant on hand for the correct size?

I think that it really depends on the surgeon… If a guy is only doing a couple of these a year, I can’t imagine him having them stocked up at that cost… I am paying the 3K estimated out-of-pocket For my doctors experience… Best of luck!

I'm fairly sure that they have an assortment on hand. They only pay for them when they are used.

Some surgeons only schedule implant surgeries when the factory rep is in town. The factory rep travels with an inventory of devices of different sizes

Unfortunately this means the surgeon must decide which manufacturers devices to use before scheduling surgery, not during surgery, which would be ideal

His is my understand is the situation for most implanted.

So does the patient get to select the make, or is it the one the Dr feels is the best
