Guess I was pretty lucky then. I was activated on day 15 at the doctors office, BEFORE going in to work for the day. I didn't need anything for pain and couldn't have taken it anyway because I was not only working that day, but I was driving (no DUI for me). Tramadol was my Rx for my UroLift and my implant surgeries and I still have 16 left from the combined 10+20 Rx's. Most of the 14 were taken before bedtime as a precaution against possible pain.

I read a lot about others and the tip of their penis being really sensitive, or painful. Have not had any of that.

The pain at the tip is usually due to the cylinder tips as well as the temporary sutures they used to pull it into the corpora, via needles through the head of the penis. Speaking of which, my suture marks were dead center in the glans from top-to-bottom and I see that yours are quite high. I'd be curious on whether that is due to the infrapubic approach or the specific anatomy of your corpora (tips of your corpora riding higher than mine do).

Days 6 and 7.

Still sore. Out of pain pills so using aleve Tylenol and Advil in a rotation. Still only pumped up about 20%, Doctor let some out on the 5th day.

That is some big time bruising. Where you on aspirin or any other nsaid Motrin,naproxen? Herbals? You might want to take arnica Montana tabs which are homeopathic. Helped a lot with the bruising from xiaflex. You can get it at whole foods or amazon.

It took me probably a week before I was sufficiently healed to have a decent BM. Any opioid pain killers may make it more difficult without assistance, until stop taking them. You've probably heard of OIC or Opioid Induced Constipation.

Bruising continues to go down.

The top of the penis has all but healed, with the black spots and glue washing away. There is still glue on the main cut, but it looks to be washing away slowly as well. I have in the last few days started to soak in the tub, man that feels great. I've also noticed my cock looking/feeling puffy, bruising has gone down on it as well by a good 80%. If you also notice, it seems to be wrinkled like it's too short... and yes, here it looks like I have lost at least 1.5-2 inches in length from what I originally had. I'm only pumped about 20% according to doctor, he will be doing a full pump up on the 31st, and I believe activating it. My scrotum is still so swollen that I can feel the pumps bottom, but not it's top, and there would be no was for me to do anything with it yet...sack is HARD. Also that center area in my belly is hard as a rock. Don't know if that is from continuing swelling or the new norm now. on the right side, (in the area of the main cut and I'm guessing where the reservoir is) I'm completely numb.

I'll also admit that I have been bad... I just couldn't help myself and had to cum...several times. Being pumped up like this it runs on everything and is driving me nuts. constantly horny... Because of that I stopped all pain killers after back surgery in 2009. lots of prunes, senna and colace,
