I suggest using a plumb bob as a universal reference. All will be measured perpendicular to the earth.

With the patient standing, supine or prone?

I think the most common is

12. Flat up against the belly, pointing to the patient's chin.
3 pointing perpendicular to the body
6. Pointing towards the patient's feet
Thus, if the patient werwxstandingvwith penis are 3 o'clock, penis would be parallel to the ground. If patient were supine, penis would point to the sky/ceiling

My titan is stiff and when I am standing up it points up toward the ceiling at about 1 to 2 o clock with 12 o clock being my belly.

Thank god now I can bend it down for different sexual positions. Took several months for us to do anything but missionary style sex at all. It just would not bend down.

Myself and the majority from what ive read is at 3pm standing so your dick is pointing straight out.

You might be correct. All of the higher math to determine the angle of the dangle makes my head spin. I'd just be happy to have a hard erection.

In the good old youthful days. Mine was so 12:00 that it would slap at my lower belly. All positions were possible back then. The natural erection had enough give to it that cowgirl worked just fine. The change over to a super hard implant erection is a different penis.
