When young I produced huge volumes of ejaculate, but not anymore. Don‘t think it has anything to do with the implant, rather with age. How is that with you guys above 60-years old? Also very small quantities of that precious liquid?

Yup - as you get older things naturally dry up.

Interesting question......I use Testogel each day which has the side effect of reducing slightly, the mass of the testicles, which in turn I would suppose has an influence on sperm production.
However ejaculate is mostly made up of prostatic fluid and so the reduction in volume seemingly would stem from the slow loss of production of fluid by the prostate.
I take a zinc pill a couple of times a week....thinking it will add some volume.....but I can’t say definitively that it actually improves my output.
I am just pleased I can sometimes masturbate onto my girl’s belly or tits and provide a ‘display’

Stay well hydrated. Keep a balanced diet and exercise routine. Yes, you will produce less semen as you get older, but staying healthy and ejaculating regularly will keep your prostate productive. There are strong advocates for prostate massage or "milking" as well for prostate health and semen production. Supposedly keeps those pipes cleaned out in a "use it or lose it" sort of way.

Just want to add something to my post. I had a vasectomy at age 34 and that really cut down my ejaculate volume. And now it’s even worse due to aging factor. I drink about eight 16 ounce bottles of water a day. Doesn’t make any difference in my volume.

Same here... I remember as a 20 something if lying down while masturbating semen would squirt up on my chest ! Guess Ben Stillers character in Something about Mary did me one better with it landing on his ear...

Now just a slow ooze and way less volume...also the color...seems like it was more white as a youth but now sorta clear amber...looks more like snot than elmers glue....WTF is that all about ?

In 2014 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and had a Prostatectomy. For those who do not know, this means you no longer ejaculate. When my surgeon told me that was the case I was bummed. The first time I masturbated and did not see that puddle, it was pretty hard to take. My entire life I never had a huge quantity of cum. It was three spurts and done. Prior to having my Prostate removed I really focused on cumming and once I had ejaculated I was done. Once I had adjusted to my new normal I realized it was kind of a blessing. Suddenly I was feeling all of the sensations, not just looking to see what spurt out. Now instead of those three quick contractions pushing the semen out, I feel quite a few more.

I am telling you this because if you continue to have less ejaculate, or if someday the well runs dry, maybe you will be able to enjoy the feelings I am talking about.

Be happy with what you have. After my prostatectomy I ejaculate urine. Getting to be a major turn off with my wife.
