Safe Dose of Pills?

Hey,
There is no pills chat so posting here as most people use this thread.
I have been taking pills over over 10 years now, and I get different answers from different professionals about what dosage of sildenafil (viagra) and tadalafil (cialis) I should take and how often.
I mix them because I have read articles that its fine, and I know personally that it works much better, but my Urologist said officially I shouldn't, although he said to take it easy if I choose to do it, so I have to take my pills against "official" advice.
What are the doses others use and have been recommended by their Dr?
