So I had my implant done on 9/5 and it was a Titan 20+1 it’s embarrassing that it looks small is this normal ? It doesn’t look like it will be big at all when healed. I’m not average at all but I could have swore it was bigger before the implant and that on was the AMS

You are on an 18 month journey of discovery that will surprise you.
The next 6 weeks is healing time.......do exactly as your doctor advises.
It will all turn out for the best......I promise

Welcome to the forum, maximus.

Did you by any chance document your pre-op size with careful measurments and/or pictures? That is VERY helpful when making before-after comparisons. A man's memory about fish he has caught and his own penis size is notoriously "elastic".

What size was your AMS? Was it CX, AMS or another model?

Smetro is correct, but you should know already that what you find in the first weeks after implant is not reliably predictive of what you will have in a a few months. How does your experience compare to your prior implant at this stage (6 days)? Did your surgeon tell you what degree of inflation he left you?

I'm one week in as well my doctor told me in my words you'll love the look of your dick in one to 2 years but it's going to take you and this is from him it won't be comfortable

It will get better.
I was implanted with Titan 18+1 and started with 3.75 at first cycling.
Now, year later, I am 5.5” and sometimes, a bit longer when my glans get engorged ( with Cialis 5 mg).
I am still 1” shorter then pre RP. Implant got me back a minimum of 1”.

Take your time and cycle it regularly 2x a day for 20-30 minutes.
After 6 months, I was not regular in cycling, always time constraint.
Trying to do 1x a day.

It really is hard to compare implant cylinder length and penis length. I was worried that with 19 total cm titan I would not get my pre surgery stretch of 6.25. After 6 months I am past that and hit 6.5 when I am really horny and engorged. Just pumped up say in the shower I am always back at 6.25.

Probably never hit my old 7 inch length but who knows with cycling over the next year or so.
