Short answer: No.
The detailed answer:
I actually NEVER feel my implant. What I rarely feel is that I have a big dick which sometimes needs to be adjusted depending on how I sit. If I want to cross my legs, I normally make sure my dick is pointing sideways to the lower leg. If not it will be squeezed and it won’t be comfortable. But even if it did get squeezed, I wouldn’t technically feel the implant. I’d just feel the consequences of it being there - having a big dick that is bunched between my legs. That’d probably be uncomfortable with a natural 6 inch flaccid dick as well.
If you mean can I feel it when I touch my dick with my hand - yes I can. Especially if it is totally deflated. Then I can feel the edges of the cylinders as they flatten when empty. Likely an AMS wouldn’t have this issue as they are made of softer material. On the other hand, if this is an issue, the solution is just to give it a few pumps. The cylinders will fill enough to round out, but not enough to be stiff.
