Ok guys I'm just a couple days away from my 2 month anniversary of getting an implant.
So far everything is working good, wife is loving the fact I don't have to inject and we are lot more spontaneous.
I have found that I'm most comfortable putting a few pumps in to my cock as I get dressed. It seems the CX was giving me some dog ears, or whatever, you would like call it and after a while I would get a ache mid shaft.
Wife likes the way the is more of a bulge in my jeans and such.
I like how it looks in jock, Pre-implant I was always trying maximized my bulge. Now I like walking around in my jock, or less and not worried about how my package looks in my scrubs

Congratulations on your successful surgery and best wishes for years of great sex.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Looks great, when did you figure out the couple of pumps? I am 4 weeks and still have a throbbing or shooting pain...am I still to soon to expect no pain?

I am 7 and still have pain.
Implanted September 12nd 2019. Coloplast Titan OTR 20 cm + 1 cm RTE. Dr Cruz (Spain). Liver transplanted. Born in 1967. ED since 24 in different degrees. Pills stopped working in March 2019. Injections caused much pain.

It's possible that your pain is related to how the procedure was done. More likely it is related to how each of heal I still have some discomfort boarding on pain when I inflate and have sex or even jerk off.
One of the issues I have is I think what they call dog ears, I thought the description that another bionic brother put it like one of those bendable straws, the creases that it cause if I don't partially inflate causes me some burning like pain in my shaft where I can feel the dog ears.
My best suggestion is for you to talk to your doctor
