I am a swimmer and my surgeon wanted me to wait a full month before I got into the pool to avoid possible infection. I imagine there is bacteria in any lake that could potentially be a problem, too. My advise is to ask your doctor. It is quite possible at your age your incision healed faster then mine did and you would be fine. I can not imagine smoke being a problem, but you may want to be more careful when nude about where you sit to avoid any issues.

Another issue to remember is if your doctor told you no lifting anything over 5-10 pounds for 6 weeks or whatever, follow the advise. Things like a heavy suitcase, a cooler for beer, a gas can for the boat, etc. can all be bad for you when you are recovering.

Definitely ask your MD about getting your incision wet in a lake. I can’t imagine that smoking weed will harm anything. (Unless you don’t bring enough for everyone.)

I am curious how your cabin trip went? Did your friends wonder why you couldn’t get in the water? In your post you asked if you could do stuff naked so I was also curious if you were naked with your friends and if so had they seen you naked before? Did anyone comment on your junk being bigger? I was an artist’s model and posed nude before and after surgery, so I know people saw a difference, but nobody said anything. My best friend knew I had implant surgery. He had known me back when my natural penis was larger, before shrinkage from Prostate surgery and atrophy from ED. He told me I looked like the real me!!!
