When I am horny and into sex, I definitely get large as ever. Mushroom head and all. When my glans engorges, I cannot even feel the tips of the cylinders.
My erection feels normal and my wife says it feels like old me.

Just pumped and no real arousal.... I’m a little flat. Plenty of hand, mouth and tongue work courtesy of Miss D and I round up very nicely. My glans is as normal as it ever was before ED.

I experience the same thing. My unpumped dick always seem full and round. If I pump just to pump it results in a flat appearance. When my wife and I have sex or when I masturbate I achieve a full round shaft. There is an obvious difference in look and feel, but the actual
girth measurement only changes by about 1/4”.
