Questions, the inplant does not stop you from pre ejaculating so does it hurt to keep going once ejaculated? Can you keep going once ejaculated? Also, are their any side effects of the implant that can affect other body parts or organs?

Sometimes my penis is hypersensitive after orgasm, but I don't think that is your question. I will guess you are asking if there is danger of damaging the implant, your penis or your orgasmic/ejaculatory systems if you continue coitus after ejaculation.
No, you are not going to do damage to anything by continuing sex after you ejaculate.
How, you might be tired. But if you have the energy, you can keep going...and going... and going... for as long as you want.
As far as side effects, there are none known except the effect it has on your brain. You will regain confidence and joy.
