Have you ever found a safe, provable enlargement procedure that is done by a licensed medical doctor? To the best of my knowledge there isn't one. Oh, I've seen some fat infections into the shaft that I thought were grotesque looking.
As far as loss of length. Most men report that after about a year, they pretty much have it all back.

I agree with GT........and anyway it’s a penis stiffening procedure not an enlarging one.

I find it interesting that many members that are having erectile problems. Throw out the losing length worry. Rather than concentrating on a penis that works every time.
A 10" soft floppy dick isn't worth shit in the bedroom. Oh well, such is the worries of men.

There is one lengthening surgery, but I believe it cannot be done at the same time as implant surgery and may even preclude having an implant. I would consider it ONLY if my penis was clinically too short for any sexual position at all.
(edited to add): Redbullmaster came up with the name of the I mentioned.

A working "shortly" beats a sizable limp every night.

This is what I had done, modified ‘sliding’ technique, but with a different surgeon

I don't recommend it, as I saw very little length gain, was told he managed 1.5cm
Also the most painful surgery I've ever had, have had the Nesbit and stage surgery on my penis first.

When I woke up the consultant asked why I had this surgery as there's a high risk of loss of blood to the head of the penis and then amputation of the head.

Not what you want to hear when you just woke up, the next day he walked passed and asked if I still had my penis.
I know he was joking on the second day but there is a fear that in a couple of years this operation comes back and bites me.
