Cant get implanted

Are there any cases where a person can not get implanted or replanted?

I'm sure that there has been some. But I'm not aware of any that the top surgeons have not been able to successfully implant. That is why the experience of the surgeon is important.

I recall one member here who was not able to be implanted due to some congenital anatomical anomaly.

there was one member here who could not get implanted due to damage from radiation therapy. His doctor tried but had to abandon the procedure. He did vacuum pump therapy for a period of time and then had a successful implant later. There ARE urologists that specialize in penile reconstruction in worst scenario cases. The only ones I can think of at the moment are Steven Brandes and Laurence Levine in Chicago and I think Thomas Walsh in Seattle WA.
