Size in a VED vs Size of Penis after implant

Is it any guide as to what your final size will be after implant in comparison to your size pumped up in the tube?
68 years old; ED for 30 years; implanted by Dr Kramer on August 27, 2019; 18 cm with 1 cm RTE

I was around 1/2" less than when I pumped in the VED to more than my usual length.
85 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
