I had surgery with Dr Kramer on August 8. A little over two weeks later I went to see him because there was a hematoma I was concerned about. He had me inflate and deflate in his office that day. He told me I could start cycling. I've been trying to cycle twice a day for 20 minutes each time. Sometimes with orgasm.

I had an “activation” appt scheduled for week four when my doc was to show me how to use my device. I healed quickly and ended up doing it on my own the week prior. After my activation appt I begin cycling twice every day.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Kramer says 4 weeks on his website but I ended up seeing him at 2 weeks also for a hematoma and he taught me how to pump and release. He then told me to feel free to start using it. I've been cycling twice a day since. At night in a hot bath.

I started cycling at around day 4. The reason is that I couldn't sleep or have good bowel movements 70% inflated so I deflated. Slept better. Than the next day prior to getting into the bath I cycled up. I've been doing it like that everyday now (it's Day 15). I stay fully pumped for 2 1/2 hours.

I am not sure about the OTR Valve. It deflates but slowly and with a necessary squeeze to void all the saline. Brothers that have Coloplast is that what you're finding?

Thanks and good luck with your journeys.

The one touch valve works, but it does take some time for the saline to drain. If you want to get it done immediately, hold down the button with one hand and squeeze the penis with the other, as that forces out the saline much faster.
