Hey everyone. A few weeks ago I decided to go without underwear. I love it except it appeared that I developed more dog ears on my Titan. Anybody have same experience with this? Could it be coincidence or in my head?

What kind of underwear were you accustomed to wearing before you went "commando"? How long is your penis (this is not curiosity, it could make a difference, I think, because of how you will "hang")? Are you completely deflated?

"More" dog ears? How many did you have before and how many do you have now? Close to your body or are they distributed along your length?

Used to wear boxers for a long time. Switched to tight fitting briefs a few months ago. I am 6 inches 4.5 girth. I had one dog ear midway. Now I have another one at the bottom.

If you bend a water hose, you usually get two kinks in the side of the hose. "Dog Ears". Same thing happens with the inflatable tubes in a penile implant. Coloplast devices exhibit this property more than the AMS devices because of the materials of which each are made.

The kinks are palpable inside the penis and sometimes uncomfortable. They tend to straighten themselves out if partially inflated, but that presents bulge ("printing" through one's clothes) problems to the man.
