Does Dr. Kramer do payment plans?

If not, what is the best way to fund if you don't have the $ saved up and insurance wont cover?
Age 35. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.

Yes, do that. Patients paying out of pocket (for any services) often get a better price than the "customary and usual" in most published sources. Discounts for cash can be negotiated, too.

Usually, the medical side of the business is not involved in the financial side, so you will probably be talking mostly to an administrator (in most offices - Dr. Kramer may have more input to the business side - he is a compassionate man). This varies across many different medical care providers.
