How inconspicuous is the implant?

Postby QuestionGuy » Sun Aug 11, 2019 5:32 pm

I have seen conflicting reports here. Some men on this site have never even “test driven” their implants because their wives looked at it and said “that thing isn’t going in me”. I’ve also read posts from other guys who literally became? Casanova” after their implant (and don’t even tell their lovers). I know that “mileage will vary” here, based on surgeon, implant, original penis shape, fat content etc….

But I curious as to what others have experienced.

I have a bit of a unique perspective, in that I wear fake hair (toupee) and also have injected TRIMIX for 4 years. So I know what it’s like to sneak off to the bathroom for an injection, as well as all the ramifications of having a hair piece, so I’m no stranger to the “social engineering” aspect. I’m more interested in knowing if it’s “completely transparent” versus something “you disclose”, and then “leave the ball in her court”
I'm 55. PostFinasterideSyndrome/Peyronies . Initially had good erections but numbness. Now erections are compromised, but good sensitivity. I see Dr. Irwin Goldstein and do : TRIMIX-Clomiphene-Arimidex –Cabergoline -Cialis -Traction-VED-Pshot-gainswave

I'm bigger when I'm flacid. And obviously my wife is aware of everything. I'm only 9 weeks in and still in a lot of pain. Have only had sex 3, times. The last 2, I let her deflate it. I did try to keep going after climaxing. I'm not ready for that yet.

Pretty much all my friends and their wives know about it. They all want to see it. I might as well go Facebook live the next time I attempt to use it. Btw. The reason I'm in so much pain is my body is still fighting the curve. Lots of plaque to work through.

That depends on if your married. If u r married I'm sure that your wife would be part of the process. If your dating I say keep it to yourself and see what kind of response that u get. Tell her u r going brush your teeth then u pump up

That depends on who is observing. On occasion the pump gets a little protruding, but I can quiet it down by pushing it back inside. At the gym there is no reason for anyone to know. Uninflated it just looks like my penis would pre-implant...maybe a little longer. It flops and hangs like normal. In the bedroom, it is very noticeable if you are touching, but not very if no touching. I don't hide it and bedmates all seem to be very interested. They want to see if they can see it and feel around when exploring it. I usually start out at 30% and after her first few, inflate to 100%. They are patient with my pumping as it doesn't take 30 sec. Then I'm ready to penetrate and they most appreciate the staying power. They are amazed that upon pulling out, I am still hard as a rock. I can go more if you want. They marvel that it is so built up in their memory that penises go in hard and come out soft that they are amazed at their new found discovery.
So visually, there is no recognition of an implant, but in touching there is. You can't miss it.

A girl feeling your scrotum is going to feel the pump. It is much larger than a testicle and release block is a rectangle. Start a date pumped a little. I can go all day with 8 pumps in it. 15 pumps is erect enough for sex but still bendable. 30 pumps and it is a weapon, rock hard. On mine, it starts the hurt internally when that hard. Takes away the pleasure.

If a married man’s wife refuses sex with an implanted husband there are deeper issues underlying the relationship. Lots of guys go through personal hell with ED that spills into a relationship. As soon as the implant “cures” them the issues evaporate in a man’s mind. Women don’t experience the same thing. A time of rebuilding may become necessary. As for single guys worrying about being discovered, I’ve always said I see no reason to bring that pressure on yourself. Let them find it and tell them what it is. Or, you could always pump up in the bathroom first and say you had a recent male surgery so no touching because it’s still sensitive. Then rock her world like she’s never had before. Problem solved.

I disclosed on a dating site even before I got the implant. The response was favorable. Women respond to being trusted and several complimented my courage in coming forth (though, for me, desperation was more a facilitating factor than courage).

My cock looked better prior to having the implant but was worthless for anything but a handjob which required trimix and pills. My new cock is .5" shorter, less girth but looks normal. Last weekend I went on my first fuck date and we went at it 4 times. She had no issues stroking, sucking or fucking it and the lights were on. She wants to go on more playdates. She has had multiple partners in the last couple of years including a porn size 10". Although she liked the feel of the size, the owner expected his cock to do all of the work. A very boring fuck according to her. The moral of the story is although a cock is prerequisite for sex, it plays a much smaller role with women than most men realize.

Since I have been taking testosterone therapy for several years, my boys have shrunk much and their new brother is very noticeable visually and to the touch. But like tits, one was bigger than the other forever. I'm glad they shrank because they were very sensitive, painfully so to all but the lightest touch was a mood breaker.

One FS masseuse was very impressed with him standing at attention after an extend fuck, handjob and then a shower. She said my cock must be a hit on dates?

These are great responses guys. It sounds like it will be very much like my fake hair. No need to address the subject with anyone until around the time Something incongruous is being discovered. I don't encounter alot of "grabby" women (for whatever reason) so the testicle fondling virtually never happens to me anyway. My experience with fake hair is that most women make their decision whether to continue or to pursue a relationship with me based on my entire package/presentation and if a hairpiece (or i wold guess an implant) is a show stopper, they simple "next" me with a generic text "i didn't feel any chemistry" and you just move on.

One things for sure: Before TRIMIX, ED actually was a "show stopper". After TRIMIX, I just became the weird guy who probably has "irritable bowl syndrome" but who SCREWS FOR 4 HOURS!

I like the "i just had surgery down there" explanation for the first couple encounters (its actually true) and then full disclosure if the relationship moves forward.

If I could have had sex for 30 minutes on trixmix I would have stuck with it over the implant. However, whatever issues my implant has on my sex life is way better than no sex at all!
